Guild Boss Banker in Awaken Chaos Era is the part of guild boss fight activity. To defeat this boss you need to join the guild in game first. There are three different kinds of Banker: Water, Fire and Wood. When you join the guild, go to the Guild menu icon on the main screen and tap on Battle button. You will see there an active Banker bar.

STRATEGY TO DEFEAT
So, there are three types of elementals here. Elementality of the first boss will be Fire. If we will think about elemental synergy, it will be useful to pick some Water characters. Elementality of the second boss type will be Water. If we will think about elemental synergy, it will be useful to pick some Wood characters. And finally, elementality of the third boss will be Wood. If we will think about elemental synergy, it will be useful to pick some Fire characters.
Use strong elements after weak ones and you will bring more damage to the enemy (plus 50 percent). The bonus thing is a chance of 50% to avoid half of damage rate. So just use this advantage to increase your damage points.
When Banker boss using his skills, he also do some buffs. He casts Control Immunity and 3 levels of Machine Booster. The first one make boss immune to control and the second buff just boosts Attack to hell.
To deal great damage to this guild boss you need to build a right team of heroes. This boss deals active damage and a passive one. So when it use Mech Wheel skill, it deals True Damage that scales with each target’s Max Health. It means that your tanks are in trouble for sure. The first thing you need to think about, is to pick a support to clear boss’s debuff effects. Also this boss also can clear himself and reflects damage. Be sure to protect your team with buffs and heal (also you could use some artifacts). Alright, then use a damage dealer, tank and dps supports.

Basic team may contents of William, Nathalia, Andre, Santis or William, Lydia, Ciara, Hydrissea. You can use Covenants system in the game to pick some heroes, like Ciara. Quite often, Hydrissea drops out in Advanced summon and Rookie summon.
Another team can contain Santis, Hakrin, William, Blackhorn. Go to Altar and try to use synthesis to get Hakrin or Santis.
To defeat Wood Banker guild boss you can pick these next heroes.

Another team can contain Asrina, Hector, Connor, Blackhorn as a healer. Go to Altar and try to use synthesis to get MogNar or Siress.

Basic team may contents of Evera, Zatlux, Ghajar, Valuk or very special one Hakrin, William, Antinua, Mytheasia (or Blackhorn). This team is called boss killer because of Antinua, she gives multiply bonus attacks.
Another team can contain William, Rickard, Hakrin, Windstrex. Go to Altar and try to use synthesis to get Hakrin. You can use Covenants system in the game to pick some heroes. Quite often, legendary heroes drops out in Advanced summon and Rookie summon.
Of course to make a progress in this fight you should upgrade your heroes week by week. If you will look at hero’s skills, there are some levels of each ability. To maximize hero’s abilities go to the Altar and make promotion, use resources (jelly) to upgrade in Heroes menu and use hero’s copies to ascend and so on. And don’t forget about Cursed Set and Artifacts!
