Bio
The dwarves of the Molten Clan once dominated the dwarven society of the Mountain Kingdom and are rightfully proud of the large numbers of heroes, master craftsman, and skilled miners hailing from their ranks, which over the centuries has fostered a certain sense of elitism over the other three clans.
George Moltenfire, founder of the Molten Clan, was also the first dwarf king appointed directly by the Ancient Titan himself millennia ago. Brand Forgeguard, who currently holds the Kingseat on the Dwarven Council, once served as George Moltenfire’s bodyguard, a fact the Moltenfires find rather hard to reconcile with their current reversal in status. The leader of the Molten Clan, Hassel Moltenfire, is one of the most gifted dwarves in the Kingdom in arts both arcane and physical and would no doubt have been destined for great feats regardless of his royal bloodline.
Far less accomplished than Hassel, Brand Forgeguard possesses little, if any, of Hassel’s magical talents. The final estrangement between the Moltenfires and the other three major dwarven clans took place around a century year ago and has only strengthened Hassel’s determination to carve out a new path for his clan that will transcend the small minds of his predecessors…
