*Please do not trust any reward code obtained from unofficial channels. If any problem arise from such actions, we shall not be held responsible (including if the code has been used). In serious cases, the account that raises the dispute may be blocked without warning.

- Each account can only be issued once with a reward code. If lost due to improper storage or theft, we will not reissue the code.
- If your account was linked to multiple social media accounts during CBT, the game code generated by logging in through any account will be same and may only be used once by one account.
- Please do not make public any information regarding your account, linked accounts and charging records. For any losses incurred from such actions, including someone fraudulently claiming the reward code, we will not be held responsible.
- If you had more than one account during CBT, please remember that you can only use one reward code for each existing game account. If you have extra reward codes, please use the other accounts to log in and claim them.
- The CBT period concluded on November 22, 2021, and only players who registered a game account before then may receive the code.
- If you have multiple accounts and one of them is not linked, that account may not be able to receive the corresponding reward.
